While running my own Photography business and taking care of my ever explorative almost 6 month old, I often find myself juggling the two at my laptop. One particular habit Evi has developed is his fascination with the speaker wire which I plug into the front of my laptop. Every day his fascination grows, pulling it out of its socket and waving it around in the air like he won 1st price before sticking it in his mouth to feel its texture run across his teething gums. I remind myself that this world is new and ever changing to him and what may seem as an annoying habit to Mommy, may be a new chance every day to experience something new with this little intricate wire, simply a symbol of that.
